Visiting the website

ZoomInfo: A tracking snippet from ZoomInfo is integrated into the website. The service is used to analyze website usage in a B2B context and is only used on the basis of your consent. Google reCAPTCHA: We use Google reCAPTCHA on contact forms to protect against spam and abusive automated use. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. In particular, IP addresses, technical information about the browser and end device as well as user interactions may be processed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, insofar as reCAPTCHA is used to secure the forms; our legitimate interest lies in protecting our website and IT systems from misuse. If reCAPTCHA is controlled via the cookie consent banner, the processing is based on your consent.
YouTube: YouTube videos are embedded on individual pages. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. When the videos are played or loaded, data may be transmitted to Google. Unless the videos are technically mandatory, they will only be loaded on the basis of your consent.
TranslatePress: We use TranslatePress to provide multilingual content. In particular, browser language settings and the selected language version can be processed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the user-friendly multilingual provision of the website.
Google Fonts are currently provided locally on the web server. Therefore, when the fonts are simply loaded, no data is transmitted to Google. Jetpack/Automattic, Google DoubleClick, a CDN of the theme or LinkedIn scripts are not used as of the current status.
The storage period of cookies and similar technologies depends on the information in the cookie consent banner and the respective service settings.
5. International data transfers
We operate worldwide. For this reason, it may happen that personal data within the DEKOMTE Group is transferred to countries outside the European Union, insofar as this is necessary to process your request or to carry out a business relationship.
In these cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses) to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Data transfer to the USA

Data transfers to the United Kingdom, in particular in connection with hosting and technical support of the website, are carried out on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, insofar as and for as long as this applies.
