Originally built as a baseload power station, Cartagena’s operating equipment is not designed for high cycling. DEKOMTE proposed a bolted collar fabric expansion joint solution, that integrates to the HRSG cold casing and maintains a high cyclic capability, gas sealing penetration seal.
