The company works according to a suitable QM system.
The quality aims of the company management are separately specified and are accessible to everyone. The quality management system as described, which fulfils the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008, serves to achieve these quality aims.
All employees of the company are involved in the continual improvement of all processes and are instructed in the observance of the applicable specifications in the QM manual and in the observance of specific instructions for procedures.
Company management is thoroughly committed to quality and applies its quality policy at all levels so that it is understood and supported by all employees.
Management has appointed a Quality Manager.

It is the company's intention that its work will be carried out in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions and all reasonable practicable precautions taken to avoid risk to its employees, other contractors and members of the public.
Management and supervisory staff have the responsibility for implementing this policy throughout the company and must ensure that health and safety considerations are always given priority.
All employees and sub-contractors are expected to co-operate with the company in the implementation of this policy and must ensure that their own work, as far as it is reasonable and practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves or others.
The Board of Directors has appointed a Health and Safety Manager with particular responsibility for health, safety and welfare and to whom reference should be made in the event of any difficulty arising in the implementation of this policy.
The management and staff of the company will monitor the operation of this policy. To assist them in this respect, the company has appointed a Safety Advisor to visit sites and workplaces and to give advice on the requirements of the relevant statutory provisions and safety matters generally.
The statement of company policy will be displayed prominently at all sites and workplaces.
The organisation and arrangements for implementing the Policy will also be available at each site and workplace for reference by any employee as required.
DEKOMTE fulfills the Safety management system that is certified according to VCA* version 2004/4.
DEKOMTE de Temple Kompensator-Technik GmbH recognise their responsibility to ensure that the actions of the company do not conflict with any statutory laws or the rules of its customers with regard to the upkeep of safe and satisfactory environment.
The aim of the company and its employees is to promote and maintain a high level of environmental performance and this is achieved by adopting working practices and methods which minimise the risk to the environment.
The implementation of these working practices is the responsibility of the company directors, supervisors and employees, including sub contractors.
We expect and encourage the co-operation of all employees in order to enable us to meet our obligations and responsibilities.
In order to comply with our responsibility the company will comply in every respect with all relevant regulations, statutory and otherwise, current "best practice" and comply with any customer policies and site procedures.
All plant, tools and equipment will be maintained in good conditions and in accordance with the manufacturers recommended procedures.
The disposals of all materials and contaminants will be closely monitored and controlled, and all accidental spillage will be recorded and the appropriate immediate and consequential action will be taken and recorded.
Emergency procedures for all potentially hazardous materials which may be brought at site are detailed in the relevant COSHH assessment data sheets.
The carriage of any controlled building or demolition waste whilst unlikely will be dealt with in accordance with the controlled Waste Regulations of Carriers and Seizures of (vehicles) Regulations 1991 and The Environment Protection (Duty of Care) Regulations 1991.
Where we may utilise an outside waste disposal contractor they will be registered in accordance with the requirements of the local authority for that region.
In any case waste may only be dealt with in a clearly defined and controlled manner.
