Mangueras flexibles
Las mangueras flexibles de acero inoxidable corrugado de DEKOMTE son elementos estructurales maleables e impermeables de alta tecnología para sistema de tuberías. Con su resistencia a la presión, a la opresión del vacío y a la corrosión, su estabilidad térmica y su altísima flexibilidad y durabilidad, cumplen sobradamente con los requisitos de este tipo de tecnología específica.
Aplicación de mangueras flexibles
Las mangueras flexibles de acero inoxidable corrugado de DEKOMTE son aplicables universalmente para prácticamente todos los medios gaseosos y líquidos, así como para medios sólidos bombeables. En caso necesario, pueden ser dotadas de recubrimiento de PTFE como protección contra medios especialmente agresivos o para lograr una pared interior no adhesiva (mangueras químicas de PTFE de DEKOMTE).
Características de mangueras flexibles
Ajustan la expansion y el movimiento y sirven como conexión flexible entre elementos móviles y estáticos de un equipo mecánico, neutralizan las vibraciones y equiparan las inevitablemente desiguales tolerancias de montaje. Se utilizan también como mangueras de extinción, de carga y de combustibles.
A fin de protegerlas contra influencias mecánicas, por ejemplo la torsión inadmisible o la abrasión, las mangueras flexibles de acero inoxidable corrugado de DEKOMTE pueden ser provistas de una protección interna o externa de manguera Agraff de acero inoxidable. Si lo que se desea es protegerlas para entrar en contacto y manipularlas libremente, estas son recubiertas con un aislamiento térmico exterior. Las mangueras flexibles de acero inoxidable corrugado de DEKOMTE se utilizan en un amplio rango de temperatura desde los -196ºC hasta los +600ºC, y desde un vacío elevado hasta una presión de hasta los 200 bares.
